Spallacci Homes is planning to build a 6-storey mixed use building consisting of 6 ground floor commercial units and 84 residential units on the upper storeys. 2 levels of underground parking is included in the plan. Zoning was approved and plans are moving forward. The building permit has not yet been issued so there is no planned start date to building construction. Please be aware that there is ongoing work at the site to prepare it for construction.
