A 10-week class led by Kathy Shafiee. This class will use a chair for both standing and sitting Pilates exercises, increase your body awareness and strengthen all the muscles supporting the spine especially your stomach. Rediscover good posture!
10 weeks include: Monday, Sept. 25 to Monday, Dec. 4, 1:00 p.m. to 2:00 p.m.
Cost: $30.00 (Members) or $35.00 (Non-Members)
Minimum of 10 participants needed!
