The Eco-Art Workshop will consist of two parts: 1. a one-hour outdoor hike led by the Cootes to Escarpment EcoPark System stewardship technician. This hike will take place along the trails in Cootes Paradise to learn about the local ecology and the identification of flora and fauna. 2. a lesson on how to create your own print inspired by nature with help from an art teacher and student of fine art at McMaster.
Free workshop, all materials will be provided, no experience necessary.
Children under 16 must be accompanied by an adult.
Please bring sturdy shoes, water and dress for the weather.
