Councillor Aidan Johnson speaking at KNA Food Drive.
A few of the event day volunteers.
From the Kirkendall Neighbourhood Association:
We'll have the event day tally soon. We'll send the final tally, once our depot locations and apartment partners have been picked up, so everyone once we knows our final result. It's looking like its going to be a very big year!
A special note for students: If you're waiting for your community hours letter it will be emailed to you shortly. And if you're still looking for more hours we have two events on Saturday May 13th. Email back for more information.
Our thank you list is very long but it shows that Kirkendall stands behind this event and is the result of a lot of people coming together for a common goal.
Many thanks to our event day guest speakers: MP, David Christopherson, Mayor Eisenberger, Chief Cunliffe, Award recipients Mary Lou Reiman and Judy Marsales, and our emcee, Ward 1 Councillor Aidan Johnson.
