Local fitness classes that greatly benefit all populations, including beginners and particularly seniors with a specialty in the area of senescence, which is the process of deterioration with age. Physical exercise and movement can prevent this process.
Classes start the week of March 6th but folks can jump in at any time with a pro rated fee or a drop in fee.
This program incorporates movements that focus on & introduce the foundation of fitness and help to strengthen and transition out of a sedentary life. Get to know your body and how strong you really are. Let’s celebrate through movement what YOU CAN DO.
