Are you noticing more niggling aches and pains in your body these days? This is the class for you! We will be exploring and expanding our range of motion in our joints, with particular emphasis on back, hips, shoulders, hands and feet! You will also learn new movement patterns that will help promote the health of your joints and have your body feeling better all round. Suitable for all fitness levels.
Classes will be small (12 students max) and provide a safe, non-intimidating environment.
Cost: 6 classes for $100 or 10 classes for $150
