55+ Summer 2018 Schedule

The 55+ It's Your Day Schedule (June 12 to September 2, 2018) is available by clicking here. 

  • Don't miss the Open Social, free coffee or tea, cards and board games from 12:30pm to 3:30pm on Thursday at Dalewood Recreation Centre!
  • New Class Alert! Victoria Park has been added to the listings of Free Fitness in the Park on Wednesday mornings. The fitness class will increase your agility, strength, endurance and overall fitness. Offering a 45 minute fitness class for all ages to enjoy. Instructor will be able to modify program for all fitness levels.  Class runs Wednesdays 9:30 to 10:30amon the following dates:
    • July 11
    • July 18
    • July 25
    • August 1
    • August 8
    • August 15
