A 10-week class led by Kathy Shafiee. This class will use a chair for both standing and sitting Pilates exercises, increase your body awareness and strengthen all the muscles supporting the spine especially your stomach. Rediscover good posture!
10 weeks include: Monday, January 8 to Monday, March 5 at Ryerson Recreation Centre.
Cost: $25.00, plus an annual SASH membership fee of $10.00 is needed.
