200 Harbour Front Dr
Hamilton, ON L8L 1C8
On Monday, June 11th at 8:00 am, seven year old Max Sedmihradsky and his father will set off on a 600 km cargobike ride to help find a cure for Duchenne muscular dystrophy. They will depart from the new Hamilton sign outside Hamilton City Hall and ride to Parliament Hill in Ottawa over the course of seven days.
This epic ride is called Max’s Big Ride and this year will see its fourth edition. Over the past three years Max and his family have raised over $140,000 in the fight against Duchenne and they have no plans to stop anytime soon. In fact, at the end of this year’s ride they’ll have ridden 2,400 km - the same as riding from Hamilton to Miami.
Max and his family would like to invite you to come out and see them off on their journey and help them raise awareness in their fight against Duchenne muscular dystrophy on Monday, June 11 at 8:00 am.
